Our Free-Roam Policy

At Strands, we believe you should feel completely comfortable choosing the stylist who is right for you. That’s why we have a free-roam policy across both our salons.

Whether you fancy trying a different stylist, need an appointment at a different time, or simply want a change, you are always welcome to book with any member of our team.

There are no awkward conversations, no hard feelings and absolutely no judgement.
